Just stopped in here and it was pretty okay! When I walked in I greeted everybody behind the counter but they looked a little distracted, so I just waited for a second but then my order was taken by a pretty nice lady. I asked for a cold brew with "a splash" of almond milk which for Starbucks standard is about 1-2 oz. and no straw. Also asked for ice water in my hydro. Received coffee with a straw and not much almond milk and just water with no ice. Personally, this was not a big deal for me since I'm not too picky but if you have specific allergies or needs I would just be sure to be very specific and simplistic about your order.

This is not a company owned Starbucks and so expect to pay about 50 cents more per drink and don't expect to redeem a free drink as they only let you earn stars for your purchases.
If you are on a road trip and need coffee, this Starbucks will fit the bill. If you need to relax there is a lot of room here but it's not very cozy. If you want to sit outside and enjoy the parking lot, you can do that here as there is ample room here for outdoor seating.
The drinks taste like Starbucks and this place has all the trappings of a Starbucks, but it just feels different.
If you spend a lot of time at Starbucks you can find better options a little further down the road to the east. -

FYI: This is not a regular Starbucks (owned and operated by Starbucks). Instead, it is owned and operated by the person who owns the Petro Mall here. This is basically the same as a Starbucks in a Target, Shopko, Safeway, whatever, just not a "real" Starbucks.
So, you can't redeem any free drinks here, but they will give you stars for purchases, but the cost is about a dollar higher than any Starbucks "real" store in this area. Ugh.
So, although this store is convenient when getting gas and heading out of town, I won't be back. I'll just have to hold out until I get to Ritzville for a "real" Starbucks.
I will say, however, the employees were really nice. -

My favorite Starbucks ever! I go to this one every morning before work because Ron seems to be the only one who can make my drink exactly how I like it ( white chocolate mocha with whip). He has awesome customer service skills & a great Barista!!!

Your employees are great, the line is always quick, and it's very clean. But, four out of five days a week my drink is wrong. If I was ordering something crazy complicated I might understand, but my drink is literally a Vente hot Americano with flavor and milk. Sometimes I order it and they give me an iced one, sometimes I get to the window and he doesn't know what I ordered, sometimes there's no flavor, sometimes it's the wrong flavor, sometimes there's no milk, One time I ordered a hot drink and the barista didn't put enough milk in the cup to steam so he actually poured cold milk into my drink and when I got it, it was a room temperature coffee. It really sucks, because this is the only Starbucks in this area. Don't get me wrong, the barista couldn't be nicer and he tries his best, but maybe some additional training is necessary.
